Alzheimer’s Association, HVAC Sisters

June is Brain Awareness Month – a time to focus on Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The Alzheimer’s Association has selected the first day of Summer – The Longest Day – as a day to shine a light on dementia and raise funds to find a treatment for it. In this episode of Around the House, Dawn talks with Amy French from the Alzheimer’s Association Tennessee Chapter about the health needs and financial crisis surrounding dementia.

Then, in the second hour, Dawn chats with two sisters who, like Dawn, learned their father’s trade and now run the family business. Enjoy the wit and wisdom in this conversation as Dawn compares notes with Donna Kimble and Tracy Pirkle about working with dad.
